Service Provider

  • Provides direct support and care to the individual
  • Helps individual to become integrated and engaged in their community
  • Match professionals with individuals to establish a relationships that can grow and flourish


Support Coordination Agency

  • Your first line of contact when obtaining services. 
  • Helps you to develop goals and objectives to work on
  • Once you have met with the service coordination agency, you can choose a provider agency such as My Ability, LLC.
  • Coordinates & monitors your services on an ongoing basis



All professionals contracted or employed with My Ability, LLC undergo thorough screening, including background checks, verification of education, licensure, and relevant certifications. Our credentialing process is completed in-house or through licensed partners, and is reviewed annually or as required by state regulations.


Standard credentialing includes, but is not limited to:

  • Professional references
  • Completed application
  • Resume with detailed relevant experience
  • Education verification
  • License verification (if applicable)
  • ODP Training
  • Driver’s license verification
  • State criminal background check
  • State child abuse clearance


Individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism who qualify for Medicaid waivers through state-funded programs. We also accept private pay clients, allowing individuals and families to access services directly without going through state funding.  


Yes, in many cases, family members (excluding spouses) can be paid caregivers in Pennsylvania through Medicaid programs.  To qualify, caregivers must meet certain requirements such as being over 18, passing background checks, and completing any necessary training.


Yes, MyAbility offers support for a wide range of daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, household tasks, and transportation. These services are designed to promote independence and improve quality of life for individuals with disabilities. Support plans are personalized to meet each individual's unique needs and goals.
